💗A Note from Allie💗
Can’t believe how fast June flew by. Between travel, work, and all things Chemo Club, it’s been nonstop. This weekend I had the honor of meeting all my SoCal friends babies!! Literally, it was Allie’s Tour de Baby 2025. SO MUCH FUN!! It’s crazy how fast time is flying and how everyone in my life has entered into parenthood. It’s so beautiful to watch.
One new thing Jordan and I did this week? We finally got our DEXA scans in San Francisco. It’s a full-body composition scan that gives you real data on your muscle, fat, and bone density: not just a number on a scale. Highly recommend if you're focused on longevity and real health metrics. We went to KALOS in SF and loved it! Let’s just say I will be focusing on cutting out some extra stored fat I have for the next few months!!
On the fertility front: Yes, I’m early 30’s. No, I’m not in a rush. And honestly? That’s okay. If you're in the same boat, don’t let Instagram scare you into panic-freezing your eggs. There are things you can do now to support your body without jumping into panic protocols. I swear by metal detoxing, cupping, and working with a good naturopath to get my hormones in check.
Also: after every flight, my ritual is a big glass of cucumber + pineapple juice. It’s my go-to for colon support and flushing out excess water retention after flying. Try it, I promise you’ll feel brand new.
Simple Pineapple Cucumber Detox Juice:
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup water
Put in juicer and voila! You will feel like a new person!
And yes, I have a new product you must buy. It’s clean, it’s functional, it’s honestly perfect. Scroll down for the full review in this week’s “You Need This” section.
More soon xx

♡Clean Culture Watch♡
The clean drops + conscious trends we’re watching this week:
♡ Khloé Kardashian Comes Clean (Finally)!
In a rare moment of transparency, Khloé listed every cosmetic procedure she’s had: from nose job to Botox to lasers. For someone who’s been dodging rumors for years, this level of honesty was… actually refreshing? Mad respect.
♡ Sprouts’ Produce Spritz Isn’t Just Water…
That gentle mist over your organic arugula? Yeah, it’s not just water. Sprouts uses Produce Maxx, a potassium hydroxide-based wash to "clean" their produce. Technically safe, but if you thought your romaine was untouched, think again. This is why WASHING your produce is SO IMPORTANT!
♡ Shop Utopia Beauty is What Gen Z Skincare Needed
Launched by a 19-year-old male founder, this new beauty platform cuts through marketing fluff with science-backed, ingredient-transparent skincare. Finally, a retailer that isn’t just about what’s trending, but what actually works.
♡ Ballerina Farm Hits NYC
The ultra-aesthetic homestead brand just hit shelves in New York City’s Happier Grocery, the Big Apple’s answer to Erewhon, bringing her clean, regenerative farm goods to the big city. Whether you're a city girl or cowgirl-core, this move makes her coveted sourdough and body care a little more accessible. I bet we see a nationwide (but boutique select) rollout by end of year.
♤What’s in the (Clean) Headlines♤
News from the clean, the controversial, and the quietly revolutionary:
♤ Oklahoma Goes Full Make America Healthy Again
Oklahoma just passed a new suite of public health bills inspired by the Make America Healthy Again movement—focusing on clean food access, transparency in personal care labeling, and environmental toxin reduction in schools. While some critics call it performative, others see it as a sign that wellness is finally becoming policy. (oklahomavoice.com)
♤ SCOTUS Upholds Preventive Care Access
In a big win for public health, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled to preserve access to free preventive services like cancer screenings, STI testing, prenatal care, and contraception under the Affordable Care Act. One less thing to stress about—for now. (npr.com)
♤ Swiss Scientists Invent Disease-Detecting Sanitary Pad
Swiss researchers have developed a smart sanitary pad that detects early signs of disease using menstrual blood biomarkers. It could eventually screen for hormonal imbalances, STIs, and even cancer—right from your period. If approved, this could be a revolution in at-home diagnostics. (ethz.ch)
